This beautiful heart, which measures 18cm approximately, is decorated with a daisy. The plaque can be personalised with your own words and can take up to six lines of text, twenty characters/spaces per line. The heart comes complete with a hanger and a holder with a flowervase can be purchased separately. The price includes postage and packing.
